downtown the other day i overheard two blind people talking & waiting for buses. the blind woman was saying to the blind man, "i hate it when they say, 'what's with the stick?' [she lifted up her cane a bit & tapped him with it.] i want to say, 'it's what you've got coming to hit you in the face!'"

i never want to leave this house.
