We have new neighbors downstairs & they like the death metal. They like the death metal at odd hours like 1.30 pm & 12.51 am. You can hear it echoing all through our apartment & actually at first we thought we had a poltergeist.

The other night I went downstairs at nearly 1.00 am to ask them to turn it down since I have to wake pre-dawn to get to work, but they didn't answer the door.
