after things like listening to the radio for hours & watching mr show & having tiny visits from the likes of mischka & jeff, my back feels a little better, & i can turn my head to the right, & that is nice.

when jeff was leaving, he suggested that to help my back i should sleep "sitting up in bed, as if startled."
