bean's cousin is coming into town tonight. he will stay with us for two days & then he will go tailgating at the osu-michigan game, which is apparently going to be some sort of apocalypse, the way everyone around here is talking.
at work the other day dr s________ said to me: you have lived in ohio for seven years, you're a buckeye now! we're going to get you a sweatshirt for the game this weekend.
all i can say to that is, if he is going to get me a sweatshirt, i hope it fits me, i hope it has a hood & a zipper, i hope it is just plain scarlet & doesn't really say anything on it. that would be okay: wordless.
bean's cousin will have to, yes, climb the steps up to the back deck when he gets here. those of you who have braved them yourselves know: they are some scary-ass steps. some of them are at 30��� angles to the ground.
