i've been sitting around here feeling sorry for myself because i'm hungry, deperate for something decadent & sweet. last night we bought half-sheet pans & intended to make a celebratory, inaugural batch of cookies, but we ended up instead having Practice Thanksgiving III with the weetzie-bat & her mamas, so there are no decadent sweet cookies in the house.
anyway then i remembered that i have this azuki-bean candy that mischka gave me, months ago, so now i have that. it is like alien candy, so unlike anything i've eaten in the past seven-plus years.
also this afternoon i found fifty dollars in my bag! so i guess it is that kind of day.
also, i'm putting out an open call for mixes i can listen to while learning to drive.
this candy is really starting to grow on me. it looks like jellied wine but tastes of sugar, only subdued.
