the throat is sorer. i am a little looking forward to losing my voice again. it sounds much calmer when it is rough + low.
also last night we drove through the suburbs listening to impossibly swank italian music from the sixties. we temporarily named our car the Groove Palace.
i am putting off going to work. i am already late. lately i have been having dreams so horrifying that they jolt me awake. after i've walked around a minute or so i can't remember them anymore. it makes me want to take pre-emptive anti-nightmare measures, like waking up at 4.00 am, which is what i almost did this morning, which is what i wish i had done.
