but i am here, i am bleary-eyed & noticing how far-away this morning seems. i couldn't sleep for dreams in which b____ had stolen my cats under the pretense that i was neglecting them.
in a week i will be in kentucky. a week seems like nothing from this vantage. (& this morning seems so long ago.)
