it is a nice cold morning to be awake. originally the idea was that this weekend we would be in florida to visit bean's brother & sister-in-law, & i even got the weekend off from work, but then suddenly there were no plans to go. so, now: this is us not going to st augustine. i keep making up
places to go & then staying home instead.
so we are taking off this weekend, still, to celebrate our anniversary: iron + candy. (for which i have received exactly that.)

it is so cold in the house that i am typing slower. i am thrilled.
last night i dreamt stephin merritt threw a no.2 pencil at me, & i caught it.
