now that he is halfway home i am thinking of taking this cocacola & sitting down on my bed with some william gass & reading until bean comes home. i would like to sit outside on the deck because it is that beautiful thick comfortable kind of night outside, but there are no lights out there & it is creepy to be on a D.I.Y. second-storey deck.
my plans for this weekend, though, involve plenty of Sitting On The Deck. there is a small statue of saint francis (go figure) amidst the chairs; it was there when we moved in.
