the exaltation of the holy cross

bee's babies came into the hot, overcast world yesterday: both babies, both mamas healthy & happy.

we went to the hospital last night, taking our traditional maternity gifts of ice cream & adriatico's, & took up again our traditional r�le of photographer-of-mamas-&-tinies.

those tinies! they are so small & pretty & red. they know how to sleep & eat & pee & make small lovely noises. they are SO GOOD.
